Make the Almond Cake:
- 1 3/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup Almond flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 3/4 cup Unsalted Butter (softened to room temperature)
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 3/4 cup Sour cream
- 2/3 cup Chopped and toasted Almonds
For the glaze:
- 1-2 tbsp Milk
- 1 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
Make the cake:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray or butter
- In a large bowl, combine, flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy about 3-5 minutes

- Add in the eggs, one at a time and almond extract and mix for 2 minutes until combined
- Add a ⅓ of the dry ingredients into the butter mixture and mix then pour ½ sour cream. Then add another ⅓ of the dry ingredients and the other half of the sour cream and finally add the last ⅓ of the dry ingredients. Use a Rubber Spatula to scrape the sides of the bowl if needed.
- Pour the batter in the bundt cake pan and spread evenly.

- Bake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the cake cool in the pan for 20 minutes then place in upside down on a cutting board.

Make the glaze:
- Make the glaze: In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar, milk, and salt until combined. The texture should be pretty thick but drizzle-able.

- Let sit a few minutes before serving. Slice and enjoy!
