Who doesn’t love Chocolate Cookies! These cookies are so soft, fudgy, and have a crazy chocolaty taste! Not only do they have a super-rich flavor, but they’re also a favorite for any crowd. They’re super customizable and one of my ultimate favorite recipes! I mean who doesn’t love a double chocolate chip cookie!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar (light or dark)
- 1 Egg
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla extract
- 1 +2 tbsp cup All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tbsp Milk (Any kind is ok)
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 2/3 cup Chocolate chips (White, MIlk or semi-sweet)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees or 180 Celcius and line 2-3 baking sheets with silicone or parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugars until a paste forms
- Add in the eggs and vanilla until it reaches the consistency of caramel
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and fold until combined. Add chocolate chips.
- Cover the bowl in plastic wrap and let cool for at least 45 minutes.

- Using a scoop or tbsp, make cookie balls and top with additional chocolate chips to add even more of a fudgy effect.

- Bake in the center racks for 11-12 minutes until a bit darker on the edges
- Let cool on drying racks at least 5 minutes before serving
